Save the date, Monday, September 23rd from 5:30-6:15pm, for our annual fall general membership meeting and 2019-2020 team photo. Skaters should wear black pants and their black club jacket or a black top or jacket. The photo will be taken on ice at 5:30pm. This picture is used throughout the season for marketing of many events, including Youth Sports Alliance Jans Winter Welcome, so we would like all club members present!

Individual photos for the club bulletin board, membership list, and website will be taken before the meeting 4:30-5:15pm and again afterwards from 5:45-6:15pm. Additional times will be added as neccessary.

FSCPC Sponsorship Opportunities

We would love for you to be a sponsor of the Figure Skating Club of Park City! We’re the home club to 76 youth skaters, coaches, judges, and adult skaters who train in a variety of figure skating disciplines, including: freestyle, solo ice dance, pairs ice dance, Moves in the Field, and synchronized ice skating.

Annually, we seek the support of sponsors to assist in subsidizing the costs of figure skating development clinics, ice time, club show costumes, exhibitions, figure skating shows, coaching costs, club group classes, sending skaters to national competitive events, and specialized training equipment.

There are 5 levels of sponsorship available, starting at $50! All levels include a variety of offerings and recognition for your generous contribution.

In addition, as a sponsor, you will receive updates about our athletes’ progress, competitions, shows, and achievements via monthly newsletter.

Sponsorship Levels:

Bronze Star Level $50-$299
Silver Star Level $300-$499
Gold Star Level $500-$699
Platinum Star Level $700-$999
All Star Level $1000

For assistance in deciding the right sponsorship level for you, please contact: Erin Hendrix at ehendrix@hendrixconsulting.com

We appreciate your generosity and continued support of our athletes! By making a tax-deductible donation to the Figure Skating of Park City, you become an important part of our community and help make our club a success! The Figure Skating Club of Park City is a Utah-based nonprofit organization recognized under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS tax code.

On behalf of all the skaters, coaches, and parents - thank you!

It's Jans Winter Welcome time!

JANS Winter Welcome (JWW) is the premiere fundraising event supporting youth winter sports programs in Park City. Each year, the Youth Sports Alliance raises vital funds to support more than 2,800 kids participating in the seven YSA-supported competitive winter sports programs and YSA's after-school programs, Get Out & Play and ACTiV8. 400 of the most prominent members of the local community, the snow sports industry, and friends from across the country, mingle, dine and bid on auction items, while raising more than $400,000 to support teams and fund scholarships for junior athletes.

  • Dinner, Silent Auction, Live Auction and Dancing included
  • Black Tie Optional
  • Tickets range from $375 for an individual ticket to $6,000 for a Gold Table that includes 10 admissions.

We need YOU!

The FSCPC basically would not function as it does without the funds earned from JWW. As posted in the club’s website, total fundraising/income needed to cover both essential and non-essential expenses is $36,722 and our membership fees only cover a small portion of that expense. Our best opportunity to meet that fundraising goal is through JWW and helping us through your own personal donations and soliciting them from businesses and members of our community who recognize the importance and value of this event and the benefit it offers our club and each of our skaters.

Would you be willing to sponsor or donate an item? If you have something valued at $150 or above, or something that can be packaged with another item, please contact me ASAP. If you have a connection to someone or a company from which we could secure a large ticket item or donation please contact me. We are trying to secure all items sooner rather than later to receive the maximum benefit to our club. Remember, the deadline to receive 100% of the funds is to turn in donated items by October 4th (NOTE: items procured by another team last year cannot be solicited by our club unless they have not been assigned by September 20th, that means we need commitments from our previously procured items by September 19th.)  Solicited donations will count towards your club fundraising requirements.

You can access a letter that can be used to solicit donations from businesses here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4bWAGNuWLDRV041RXVOSkt6VEw1eHFzOGQ4Mm1FVGJvMGhz

There is also a form that needs to be filled out for all donated items, which is available https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4bWAGNuWLDRQmVDWU93OU1CZklwRDU3djc4V1A2cGxCTHBz
