NEW late fees for unpaid Punch Passes

The Park City Ice Arena punch card system is offered as a convenience for prepaying services.  If a skater runs out of punches, a new card is automatically added and the account holder is notified via email.  Park City Ice Arena is not permitted by city policy to keep cardholder information on file.  Timely payment of outstanding punch cards is greatly appreciated.

A 10% late fee will be added on outstanding balances over 1 week old, with an additional fee accruing each subsequent week.

Please contact Jessica Walker with questions or concerns at (435) 615-5718 or jessica.walker@parkcity.org.

It's Jans Winter Welcome time!

JANS Winter Welcome (JWW) is the premiere fundraising event supporting youth winter sports programs in Park City. Each year, the Youth Sports Alliance raises vital funds to support more than 2,800 kids participating in the seven YSA-supported competitive winter sports programs and YSA's after-school programs, Get Out & Play and ACTiV8. 400 of the most prominent members of the local community, the snow sports industry, and friends from across the country, mingle, dine and bid on auction items, while raising more than $400,000 to support teams and fund scholarships for junior athletes.

  • Dinner, Silent Auction, Live Auction and Dancing included
  • Black Tie Optional
  • Tickets range from $375 for an individual ticket to $6,000 for a Gold Table that includes 10 admissions.

We need YOU!

The FSCPC basically would not function as it does without the funds earned from JWW. As posted in the club’s website, total fundraising/income needed to cover both essential and non-essential expenses is $36,722 and our membership fees only cover a small portion of that expense. Our best opportunity to meet that fundraising goal is through JWW and helping us through your own personal donations and soliciting them from businesses and members of our community who recognize the importance and value of this event and the benefit it offers our club and each of our skaters.

Would you be willing to sponsor or donate an item? If you have something valued at $150 or above, or something that can be packaged with another item, please contact me ASAP. If you have a connection to someone or a company from which we could secure a large ticket item or donation please contact me. We are trying to secure all items sooner rather than later to receive the maximum benefit to our club. Remember, the deadline to receive 100% of the funds is to turn in donated items by October 4th (NOTE: items procured by another team last year cannot be solicited by our club unless they have not been assigned by September 20th, that means we need commitments from our previously procured items by September 19th.)  Solicited donations will count towards your club fundraising requirements.

You can access a letter that can be used to solicit donations from businesses here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4bWAGNuWLDRV041RXVOSkt6VEw1eHFzOGQ4Mm1FVGJvMGhz

There is also a form that needs to be filled out for all donated items, which is available https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4bWAGNuWLDRQmVDWU93OU1CZklwRDU3djc4V1A2cGxCTHBz
