Club Ice Information

Club Ice

Members of the Figure Skating Club of Park City have the opportunity register for weekly club-sponsored ice time.
  • 2023-2024 Season: Session 1 Dates (Blackout Dates Below)
    • Mondays - Sept 11 - Dec 11
    • Wednesdays - Sept 6 - Dec 13
    • Saturdays - Sept 9 - Dec 16
  • Pre-Registration guarantees the skater a spot in that session every week.
    • Sign-up for an entire session at a rate of $4.50 per week!
  • Separate registration required for club ice programming
    • Aspire, Bunny Hops, Low Freestyle
    • You do not also need to pre-register for club ice sessions to participate in these programs

Club Ice Programming

Aspire

  • Description: Figure Skating Development Program
  • Skating Level: Basic 3 - Freeskate 4
  • Recommended Age: All ages welcome with permission of a coach
  • Tests Passed: None
  • Day/Time: Mondays 5:30-6:15pm
  • Includes:
    • 45 min on-ice group class
    • Focus on jumps, spins, skating skills, synchronized skating, introduction to ice dance
  • Sessions: 14
  • Cost: $238 ($17 per session)

NEW!!! Bunny Hops

  • Description: Figure Skating Early Skills Development Program
  • Skating Level: Snowplow Sam - Basic 3
  • Recommended Age: 3 - 5
  • Tests Passed: None
  • Day/Time: Mondays 5:30-6:15pm
  • Includes:
    • 45 min on-ice group class
    • Focus on early skating skills, including jumps and spins
  • Sessions: 14
  • Cost: $238 ($17 per session)

low freestyle On & Off-Ice PROGRAM

  • Description: This program is for developing skaters who do not yet have an axel jump. The program includes a 30 minute on-ice class that will vary in focus from week to week and a 30 minute off-ice class. 
  • Skating Level: Basic 6 through No Test (skaters without a single axel)
    • Must obtain permission from the club or assistant club coordinator (Tiffany McNeil or Erika Roberts) to register.
  • Max 20 skaters
  • Day/Time: Wednesdays
    • On Ice 4:45-5:15pm
    • Off Ice 5:30-6pm
  • Includes:
    • 30 min on-ice group class + 30-min off-ice
    • Focus on skating skills, beginning jump & spin technique, and "freestyle 101" (preparing/teaching skaters to safely skate on freestyle sessions)
  • Sessions: 14
  • Cost: $266 ($19 per session)
    • NOTE: punch card skaters may use 3 punches to drop in on a Basic Skills session 

Member Drop-In: Club Ice

  • Members can drop-in on any 30 minute club ice session with fewer than 25 skaters.
  • Spot in a session is not guaranteed.  See our Club Ice Policy for exceptions.
  • Two payment options available
    1. Pre-Paid Punch Pass
      • 20 punch card: $130 ($6.50 per session)
      • 10 punch card: $85 ($8.50 per session)
      • Punch cards will be kept on file with the ice monitor at the ice arena.
    2. Single Drop In Session
      • $10.50 for 30 minutes
      • Paid on-demand. Please see the club ice monitor to process payment.

Non-Member Drop In: Club Ice

Non-Club skater visiting from out of town may skate on club ice by paying the single drop-in rate for each 30 minute session, according to the policies laid out in the club handbook
