Similar to what was offered this summer, our coaches will be offering small group classes to make getting more time on the ice with instruction more affordable and accessible! We are a volunteer run organization and we can't operate without you! Sign up to help here!
Look for an email coming soon with all the detailed information. In the meantime, here are a few ways you can get started:
For the past few years, the fundraising committee has consisted of 2-3 parents doing a 5-6 person role. We would LOVE to get more help! In an effort to do so, this year our fundraising committee volunteers will receive their full volunteer commitment satisfied by participating in this committee. This committee is also a great opportunity to easily fulfill your fundraising requirements and earn fundraising rewards for your skater. If you are interested, please reach out to Angie Lampert at (913) 219-4780 or angeladawnlampert@gmail.com.
Every year, we hope to secure one large item/experience/vacation that our club will put into the live auction at the JWW Gala. This item typically has a value of at least $2500. Be thinking of any ideas or connections you may have that can help. Past items have included Home Christmas Lighting, a block party for 50 with a food truck and musical entertainment, a weeklong vacation in Napa Valley, a stay & play vacation in Park City. Please reach out to Angie Lampert with any input.
Now is the time to reach out to donors you have secured in the past. Anyone who has donated to our club in prior years can only be contacted by our club until August 15th. After this date, donors are released for other teams to pursue.
